We engineer the plan.
Conceptualization
Every project starts with feasibility-driven design, financing and permit support, and structured collaboration with global manufacturers, built on engineering standards, not assumptions.
We’re not equipment suppliers. We’re the engineering team that designs, builds, and stays accountable for farms built to perform, long after handover.
Connecting climate systems, automated feeding, and real-time monitoring into a seamless, high-performance operational workflow.
MAAGIR Farm Corporation is a Philippine-based engineering and farm systems company. Founded in 2011, we partner with investors and agribusiness leaders to design, build, and continuously optimize modern poultry and livestock farms.
We don’t just supply equipment. We engineer complete systems, guided by globally recognized engineering standards and ISO-referenced quality frameworks; so every farm we build is positioned to perform reliably, scale efficiently, and return value over time.
Quality systems verified
In a small Sitio in Pangasinan called Maagir, our founder worked closely with small-scale poultry operations and saw the same problem repeated farm after farm: systems built without engineering discipline, no after-sales accountability, and no long-term technical partnership to fall back on.
That observation became a conviction: farms deserve to be engineered, not assembled.
From there, MAAGIR was built to do exactly that, partnering with global manufacturers, adapting proven technologies for local operating conditions, and engineering farms designed to keep working. The name stayed. So did the standard.
Most providers sell equipment, install it, and disappear. We do the opposite. MAAGIR is built around long-term partnership — a structured commitment to be present across the full lifecycle of your farm.
We partner with reputable global manufacturers to design, deliver, and support engineered, automated, and integrated farm systems, helping poultry and livestock enterprises operate efficiently, scale sustainably, and perform profitably.
To be the driving force in farm systems for the Philippine poultry and livestock industry, engineering future-ready, automated, and integrated solutions that drive efficiency, sustainability, and long-term profitability.
We work with operators and investors who understand that the cheapest system is rarely the most profitable one, and that real returns come from engineering discipline, system integration, and partnership accountability.
Farm owners scaling production capacity and looking for optimized operational systems.
Modernizing legacy family agribusiness setups with automation and data integrations.
Transitioning to higher-standard systems required by poultry and livestock brands.
Operations and corporate leaders building greenfield commercial agricultural projects.
Valuing multi-decade uptime and structural integrity over quick savings that leak money on maintenance.
Focusing on optimal Feed Conversion Ratios (FCR) and operational output stability.
Demanding calculated structural loads and unified automated controllers over disjointed parts assembly.
If that's how you build, we're the team to build with you.
Partner with MAAGIR to develop modular, engineered agricultural facilities designed to perform for generations.
We design and build climate-controlled poultry houses, livestock facilities, hatcheries, and modular farm systems. Every project is engineered end-to-end — from structural design and ventilation to automation and biosecurity.
Timelines vary based on scope, but a standard tunnel-ventilated poultry house typically takes 3–5 months from design approval to turnover. We handle everything including site assessment, permitting support, and commissioning.
Currently, our operations are focused in the Philippines. However, we welcome partnerships and inquiries from international stakeholders looking to develop farm systems in Southeast Asia.
Unlike traditional contractors, we take an engineering-first approach. Our systems are designed using performance data, CFD-informed ventilation layouts, and modular construction — ensuring long-term efficiency, not just initial savings.
